A: Not at this time. While we’re actively working toward IRS approval, both the Millionaire Mindset: ERO Edition and the PTIN Holder Course are currently non-CE courses. However, they offer real-world training that goes far beyond traditional CE—helping preparers and EROs build strong, profitable, and compliant tax businesses.
A: Most IRS-approved courses only focus on tax law or form updates. Our courses are designed to train entrepreneurs, not just tax return preparers.

A: Absolutely. Both courses are designed with team training in mind. The PTIN Holder Course gives your preparers a strong foundation in professionalism, due diligence, and client handling. The ERO Edition walks them through every step of becoming a confident, IRS-compliant ERO and business leader.
A: The course is white labeled, which means it’s branded to your business. Your logo, your company name, your brand. You’ll have your own version to offer to your team or clients.
A: Yes! Once you purchase the course, you have lifetime access and the ability to sell seats to other tax professionals under your business brand. You can charge your own registration fee and keep 100% of the revenue.
However, please note:
- The course cannot be rebranded to another business outside of yours.
- The content must remain hosted on our platform and cannot be transferred to third-party systems like Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.
This allows you to profit from the course while maintaining the quality, compliance, and support we provide on our secure learning system.

- The Millionaire Mindset PTIN Holder Course includes 19 modules total, featuring 15 Tax Law Modules with quizzes, plus one module on branding and one on marketing to help preparers promote themselves professionally and attract clients.
- The Millionaire Mindset: ERO Edition includes 20 core modules covering everything from understanding backend fees and EFIN setup to pricing, marketing, hiring, and compliance.
- If you are a Service Bureau, you’ll also receive a custom bonus module that teaches how to onboard and support other EROs under your software or brand.

Refund Policy:
All purchases of the VIP Tax Academy White Label Tax Training Course are final. We offer refunds within the first 5 days of purchase, provided that the course buildout has not yet begun. After 5 days, all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds or credits for any part of the course.
Course Access:
Upon completion of course buildout which usually takes 14 business days, you will receive full access to the training course, including all modules, resources, and support services offered as part of the training.
Non-Transferability:
The course registration is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your access to another individual once you have enrolled in the course.
Service Availability:
We strive to ensure that the course is available as advertised. However, access to the course may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance, updates, or other factors beyond our control. Such interruptions will not be grounds for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In exceptional circumstances, such as a significant course malfunction or misrepresentation, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
